I went to my gym this evening for a kickboxing class. When I got there I found out they moved kickboxing to Mondays and on Tuesdays they hold a class called "extreme sculpt." I've seen the instructor around and she seems really cool, so decided to stay for the class.
I'll be shocked if I can stand/sit/walk/climb-stairs/lay-down without feeling it tomorrow. Weights and lots of squats and lunges. I was sweating and almost lightheaded and my muscles were shaking at some points.
They offer it on Tuesdays and Thursdays. I think I'll have to go as often as I can! It was intense!
